Personal data information/consent ex Art.13. Act n.196/2003

We inform you that Art. 13 Act n.196/2003 provides the protection of persons and other subjects with respect for the personal data processing. In full respect for your rights, your fundamental freedoms and in compliance with the minimum security measures provided by law, we give the following information: 1) Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of: :
a - carrying out of accounting and fiscal obligations;
b – customers administration;
c – business planning;
d – internal control services;

2) The data will be processed with the following modality:
a – manual;
b – computerized; (by our staff, expressly trained and in charge for the processing.)

3) The provision of your data is optional, but the potential refusal to provide those data could entail a failed or partial contract execution.
4) Your data could be transmitted :to our commissioned accounting practice.

8) At any moment you can exercise your rights towards the data processing owner, pursuant to and by effect of art.7 Act n.196/2003, which is reported below.


Art.7 – Law of access to personal data and other rights

1. All those concerned enjoy the right to obtain confirmation of the existence of personal data, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form.

2. All those concerned enjoy the right to obtain indication:
a – about the origin of personal data;
b – about the purpose and modality of the data processing;
c – about the logic applied in case the data are processed with electronic devices;
d – about the details of the owner, of the responsible and of the appointed representative pursuant to art.5, paragraph 2;
e – about the subjects or the subjects categories to which the personal data can be transmitted or which can gain knowledge of as appointed representative in the State territory, as responsible or as person in charge.

3. All those concerned enjoy the right to obtain:
a – the updating, the rectification or, when there is an interest, the integration of personal data;
b – the cancellation, the transformation in anonymous form or the block of the processed data in violation of law, included those which conservation is not necessary to the aims for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
c – the certification that operations at point a) and b) were brought to knowledge, also regarding their content, of those to whom the data were transferred, except the case in which that fulfillment reveals to be impossible or entails a disproportionate use of means with respect to the protected right.

4. All those concerned enjoy the right to oppose, in full or in part:
a – for reasons connected to personal data processing that regards them, even though concerning the aim of the gathering;
b – to the personal data processed with the aim of sending publicity or direct selling or in order to carry out market researches or business communications.
